Victoria McGrane, the artist behind The Scenic Route, creates intricately hand illustrated surface pattern designs inspired by the unique flora and fauna of Australia, fairytales and the flowing sinuous lines of Art Nouveau. Victoria has her own line of sustainably made artisanal products and has also partnered with ethical brands including Earth Greetings, Gather and Moss and Nerida Hansen Fabrics.
Victoria’s signature aesthetic is both nostalgic and whimsical and features hand illustrated botanicals, animals, insects and birds in flowing repeat patterns. Her designs have featured on a number of products including sleepwear, baby and childrenswear, stationery, wallpaper, candles and bedding.
